We’ve noticed that when searching for a one-of-a-kind house to rent with friends or family, all the listings looked... similar. They looked like they had similar locations, similar amenities, and similar visual identities. 

But each house is undeniably unique with a different character.

Some were close to the old town with cobbled streets, some overlooked the ocean with cantina doors letting the breeze in, and some could host an amazing farmhouse dinner in the vineyard. We’ve spent decades differentiating and branding companies to celebrate what makes them different – and better – than the competition so we came to a simple conclusion:

In a single family leisure (SFL) market that is rapidly consolidating around the “hotelification” of luxury real estate where standardization and economies of scale are the trend, we’re heading in a different direction. 

We created Altina Blue to showcase the rare and individual character of the world’s most interesting properties. We do this by marrying high impact visual identities, content-based storytelling, branding, and tailored marketing services with an approachable pricing model that makes it easy to get started and build value over time.
